Woodworking Shop
PVCC has a complete woodshop, set up over the years with state-of-the-art equipment.  It is comparable to a community college woodshop with two cabinet saws, compound miter saw, steel bed lathe, router tables, planer, joiner, four table surface sanders, drill press, band saw and the list goes on and on.  Members make a variety of items, such as chairs, benches, cabinets, bars, picture frames, bird houses, and tables.  Many projects are made for the Club in the woodshop including all of the furniture in the Pro Shop.
The woodshop is for members to use.  The woodworking group is composed of seven members who have bench space  however, any PVCC member can use the shop by just calling anyone in the group.  If you are visiting PVCC and are interested in woodworking, be sure to stop by the woodshop and we'll all pull up around the pot belly stove to catch up on what's happening.
